We accept Credit Card, or cash/debit  upon pickup.

Pickups would be done at the below address, but make sure to let us know when you would like to pick up and what you would like to pick up prior to going to the location:

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. If there are any pricing errors, Eastporters will notify the purchaser. If the purchaser does not want to pay the new price, they can ask for a full refund. Please note that due to our tight margins, we cannot give you the lower price in case of error – we do however offer 100% money back if you are not satisfied with the corrected price.

Shipments are sent out by Purolator and FedEx. Generally, all items are shipped next business day, and take about 5 business days to arrive elsewhere for delivery.

Delivery for Home Theater Seating

Threshold Delivery/Free Shipping

Threshold Delivery is provided for Chair orders. This delivery includes putting the seats into the first dry area of the property without unpacking (ex. Garage, porch, etc). This service is available in metropolitan areas across Canada. In rural areas, curbside delivery will typically be used.

PLEASE NOTE: White Glove Service is not available to all locations across Canada.

Certain locations (In particular, rural areas with less access to major roads and services) may not have white glove service accessibility. If White Glove Service is important to you, please call 1-888-450-3050 and speak to a sales representative to verify whether or not you qualify for free White Glove Service before placing your order.

Return/Replacement Policy

Screens
ELUNEVISION SCREENS 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Eastporters Audio Video offers a 30 day100% satisfaction guarantee on all EluneVision home theater projector screens (Screens less than 135″ in size). You may return these for a full refund, if not satisfied. Return subject to being returned within 30 days.

Screen must not be damaged in any way, in other words, must be in factory condition, with original packaging and accessories included.

If you decide that you need a different size screen, none of the shipping costs will be covered by Eastporters.com; measure and plan carefully before placing the order.

If there is a defect in the workmanship (ie material or frame damage/issues), in order to have shipping paid for, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase.

We reserve the right to inform you, prior to shipment of your screen, that you are not eligible for a money back guarantee. If we do this, you have the choice of cancelling your order, or going ahead with the order with the understanding that you do not qualify for the money back guarantee if we feel strongly that the screen is wrong for your application.

All other Items
If you would like to return any other items, you can return it within 14 days for a refund, subject to:

  • A fee of minimum 15% of the unit price will be deducted from the refund if you opened the box; shipping fee will not be refunded. A fee of 5% of the unit price will be deducted from the refund if the box was not opened; shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • For seating, if order is returned or cancelled after the seats are shipped, a charge of $195 per seat for shipping back fee will be charged
  • Unit must not be damaged in any way, in other words, must be in factory condition, with the original packaging and all accessories included.
  • Items must be returned at your cost

 

Warranty

-All Items carry their respective factory warranty provided by the manufacturer

-Within 30 days please contact us as we can typically replace products within 30 days with new product i fthere is an issue.
