Terms of Use By using and purchasing from Eastporters.com, you agree to the terms as specified below.   Methods of Payment/Shipping We accept Credit Card, or cash upon pickup. Pickups would be done on the below address, but make sure to let us know when you would like to pick up and what you would like to pick up prior to going to the location: 41A Brockley Dr, Unit 3 Hamilton, ON L8E 3C3 All prices are in Canadian Dollars. If there are any pricing errors on the website, Eastporters will notify the purchaser. If the purchaser does not want to pay the new price, they can ask for a full refund. Please note that due to our tight margins, we cannot give you the lower price in case of error - we do however offer 100% money back if you are not satisfied with the corrected price. Eastporters does not have a 30 day price match on projectors. We do our best to have as low of a price on projectors at all times, based on the spot prices we receive from our suppliers. Unlike Future Shop and other retailers, our markups are not significant, so we do not guarantee the price you pay on projectors will not be lowered on our site within a 30 day period. Shipments are sent out by Purolator and Canada Post.  Generally, all items are shipped next business day, and take about 5 business days to arrive elsewhere.

Only authorized Eastporters.com personnel are permitted to see your account details for processing sales and shipping any products purchased. How do you protect my personal and account information? Your personal and account information and transaction history are kept behind our firewall on separate servers. Credit card orders are processed through Worldpay, which is one of the most secure credit card processors on the internet. Return/Replacement Policy Screens: Our screens have a 30 day 100% Satisfaction guarantee.  You may return these for a full refund, if not satisfied.  Return subject to being returned within 30 days and: Screen must not be damaged in any way, in other words, must be in factory condition, with original packaging and accessories included If you decide that you need a different size screen, none of the shipping costs will be covered by Eastporters.com; measure and plan carefully before placing the order. If there is a defect in the workmanship (ie material or frame damage/issues), in order to have shipping paid for, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase. We reserve the right to inform you, prior to shipment of your screen, that you are not eligible for a money back guarantee. If we do this, you have the choice of cancelling your order, or going ahead with the order with the understanding that you do not qualify for the money back guarantee if we feel strongly that the screen is wrong for your application. All other Items: If you would like to return any other items, you can return it within 14 days for a refund, subject to: A fee of 15% of the unit price will be deducted from the refund if you opened the box; shipping fee will not be refunded. A fee of 5% of the unit price will be deducted from the refund if the box was not opened; shipping fee will not be refunded. Unit must not be damaged in any way, in other words, must be in factory condition, with the original packaging and all accessories included Items must be returned at your cost
